Miscreants Set Police Station On Fire In West Bengal
In a shocking incident, a mob set a police station in West Bengal's Kaliganj region on fire. Miscreants set fire to Kaliaganj police station in West Bengal’s Uttar Dinajpur district, protesting the death of a teenage girl whose body was found in a canal last week. People allegedly from the Adivasi and Rajbangshi communities organised a "Thana gherao" programme, claiming that the girl was raped and murdered.

BJP MLA Mukesh Mahaling Attacked In Odisha; Driver, Security Injured
Following an attack by miscreants in Odisha's Bolangir, BJP MLA Mukesh Mahaling reportedly escaped the incident unhurt. As per sources, the incident occurred when Mukesh was returning home after attending a function. Reportedly, two miscreants blocked Mukesh's car on a motorcycle, and carried out the attack.
