BJP Alleges Worker Beaten To Death By TMC In West Bengal
The Bhartiya Janta Party on November 14 alleged that the party worker Bhaskar Bera was beaten to death by Trinamool Congress (TMC) supporters. Reportedly, the incident happened in West Bengal's East Midnapore district. Bhaskar was reported to have participated in the idol immersion ceremony on November 13, after which he was called to a secluded place, and beaten to death. However, Trinamool Congress denied the allegations.

West bengal: Instances of Violence Recorded During 5th Phase Of Election
West bengal recorded an instances of violence marked during its fifth phase of polling, on April 17. While the reports of violence have been filed in the places such as Nadia, but the overall process has been largely peaceful.
