Freedom Of Expression Is Not Absolute: Supreme Court On Tandav's FIR
Hearing the plea demanding a stay on FIRs against the actors and producers of web-series Tandav, the Supreme Court cited that the Freedom of expression is not absolute. The SC bench headed by Ashok Bhushan disagreed to pass any direction to stay the FIR. Moreover, the top court advised the petitioners to approach High Courts for quashing the cases. It is also observed that the police can file closure reports if the makers have apologized.

Streaming giant Amazon Prime Video on December 28 shared the first look of its web series 'The Family Man 2', which is set to be released on February 12. Actor-director Tigmanshu Dhulia will be adapting author Vikas Swarup's novel 'Six Suspects' in the form of web-series. HBO Plans Mini Series On Elon Musk's SpaceX Venture
HBO will soon develop a six-episode series on Elon Musk's space exploration company Space X. The series, which is adapted from Ashlee Vance's book, 'Elon Musk: Tesla, Space X, and the Quest for a Fantastic Future', will showcase the settings and circumstances in which the first SpaceX rocket was launched. Reportedly, actor Channing Tatum will be producing the HBO project, which is said to have been written by Doug Jung.

Marvel Studios has signed newcomer Iman Vellani to play the lead in Disney+ series, Ms Marvel, which was announced in 2019 D23 Expo. Ms Marvel, aka Kamala Khan, is a Pakistani-American teenager who first appeared in the Comics in 2014. The web-series will be directed by Adil El Arbi, Bilall Fallah, Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, and Meera Menon. Marvel chief, Kevin Feige, has hinted that she might appear in Marvel movies also.
