DDMA Issues Orders, Shuts Offices, Restaurants & Bars Amid COVID-19 Surge
The Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) on January 11, decided not to impose lockdown in Delhi, but restrictions. The DDMA asked all private firms to shut down and allow work from home, amid COVID-19 surge and Omicron situation. "All private offices in Delhi shall be closed, except those falling under exempted categories; work from home shall be followed. All restaurant & bars shall be closed, takeaways allowed," read the notice.
