Delhi Court Grants Anticipatory Bail To Social Media Influencer Bobby Kataria

A Delhi court granted anticipatory bail to bodybuilder and social media influencer Bobby Kataria on September 22. Bobby Kataria has been accused for allegedly smoking in a SpiceJet flight from Dubai to Delhi. And FIR was filed under section 3(1)(c) of Suppression of Unlawful act against the safety of Civil Aviation Act, 1982. Notably, a Delhi court had issued a non-bailable warrant against Kataria on September 7, in the aforementioned May matter.
