Fire Blazing Hospital Could Not Stop Doctors From Performing Surgery
An eight-member Russian medical team performed a two-hour long open heart surgery without fearing when the hospital was under fire. Over 120 people were evacuated including the heart patient, with no injuries reported. The 1907-built, only hospital with cardiology department in Blagoveshchensk city, caught fire after a short circuit. The hospital officials blew the smoke out of the operation theatre with an emergency electricity cable.
