Noida: Company Manufactures Fake COVID Test Kits, Police Seize 4 Lakh Kits

A company in Noida was raided for manufacturing fake COVID-19 test kits on September 29. Reportedly, nearly 4 lakh fake test kits were seized. The Noida police took action on the basis of a complaint filed by a representative of a COVID-19 test kit-making company. Rajesh Prasad, identified as the owner of the company, has been arrested and booked under the Copyright Act, 1957.
