Nutritionist Debunks Myth Of Eating Rice Or Roti For Weight Loss
In a run for better weight-losing grain, nutritionist Pooja Makhija has debunked some common myth about rice and roti. Pooja said preference of rice over wheat or vice-versa largely depends on suitability. Some find rice less filling than wheat, which causes over-eating and fat-gain. Meanwhile, perception of roti as something difficult to digest refrains people from eating more, thus associating it with weight-loss. She emphasized, "culprit is your style of eating."
