Scientists Explore Neurological Repercussions of COVID-19
Australian Neuroscientists are exploring the possible connection between COVID-19 and the increased threat of Parkinson's disease, in order to find a cure for the virus. The scientists have termed the consequences of COVID-19 as a 'silent wave' and have asked for immediate action to make available accurate diagnostic tools. These tools will help to identify neurodegeneration and will provide long-term care to people who have been affected by the SARs-CoV-2 virus.
