Section Of Badrinath NH-7 Flushed Away Due To Severe Rain In Dehradun, Uttarakhand
A section of the Badrinath National Highway-7 (NH-7) in Uttarakhand was destroyed because of rising water in the Khachda drain near Lambagad. Pilgrims were left stuck on both sides of the road after the event. The Dehradun Meteorological Centre issued an orange signal for the following four days beginning on July 29 due to the likelihood of significant rainfall in the area.
