Showing Recovery Signs, IT Giants Give Second Increment To Employees

Showing signs of recovery, several IT Companies including Accenture, Infosys, WIPRO and Tech Mahindra have given a second increment and promotion within a month. Reportedly, the move came after business picked up in the second half of 2021. While the last year’s increment were deferred due to pandemic-led dip in the market, the companies are paying out loud amid intense talent competition ushered by business recovery.
