Paytm FASTag User Charged Rs 9 Crores For Using NHAI Toll Plaza

In a bizarre incident, a man was charged Rs 9 crore for using the NHAI's (National Highway Authority Of India) toll plaza in Haryana. The vehicle owner shared the incident under the name, 'gsratta" at the TeamBHP forum. He said, "he was blacklisted by Paytm, citing insufficient balance in his FASTag account as the reason. On inquiring about the ban, he discovered that he had been charged Rs 9 crore."

'No Two Wheeler Taxis On Streets Of Delhi As Of Now,' Says Top Court

In a major setback for Rapidos and Uber moto Taxis, the Supreme Court said, "You can't run on streets as of now". In a hearing the Top Court said until the Delhi Government frames a policy for two-wheeler bikes, moto-taxis can't be on the streets. Puri-Durg Express Catches Fire Near Nuapada District Station: Odisha

Odisha reported yet another train mishap after the brake pads of the AC coach of Puri-Durg Express caught fire near Khariar Road in Nuapada district. The incident occurred due to certain glitches in the brake shoe. "The brake pads caught fire due to friction and due to the incomplete release of the brakes. No fire inside the coach. Fire only at brake pads." No casualties or damage was reported.

Passenger Misbehaves With Crew Member In An Air India Flight

Another incident of unruly behaviour by a passenger was reported on a flight. A passenger on board an Air India flight AI882 to Delhi was handed over to security personnel for his unruly behaviour. The airline confirmed the incident and said, "The passenger verbally abused the crew members and then went on to physically assault one of them on board." The accused has been arrested and a investigation is launched.
