ED Summons Arvind Kejriwal For Questioning In Delhi Excice Policy Case
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) issued a summons notice to Arvind Kejriwal, the Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) President, in the 2021–2022 Delhi Excise Policy Scam. As per the issued summons, Kejriwal has been asked to appear before the ED, for questioning on November 2. Earlier, the CBI questioned Kejriwal in the case, in which Manish Sisodia is the prime accused, and is in Tihar Jail, after bail denial.

Rajasthan CM's Son Appears Before ED In Violation Case
Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot's son, Vaibhav Gehlot, appeared before the ED, here for questioning in a foreign exchange violation case. No Court Relief: SC Denied Bail To Manish Sisodia
In a major setback to ex-Deputy CM of Delhi Manish Sisodia, the Supreme Court rejected the bail plea in the 2021-2022 Delhi Excise Policy Scam. On October 30, the Apex Court reviewed the matter, and refused bail as per an establishment of money trail of ₹ 338 crores in the case. Furthermore, the court also ordered the CBI and ED to complete the trials in 6-8 months.

Cash For Query Case, Mahua Moitra Seeks Time To Appear Before Ethics Panel
In cash for querry case, Trinamool Congress leader Mahua Moitra demanded more time, and refused to appear before the Ethics Panel in the case. According to sources, TMC MP Mahua Moitra will not be appearing before the Lok Sabha's ethics panel on October 31 due to "pre-scheduled" constituency programmes in connection with the 'cash for query' case. west Bengal Minister Mallick Arrested By ED, Says I'm Victim
West Bengal Forest Minister Jyotipriya Mallick was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate early on Friday morning after being questioned for over 20 hours in connection to the 'ration scam'. Mallick, who was former food minister of the state, was arrested at 3.23 am on Friday. “I am the victim of a grave conspiracy,” Mallick said while being escorted away by ED officials and CRPF jawans from Salt Lake house.
