Army General KK Repswal Clarifies Army Recruitment Criteria Under "Agnipath" Scheme
Clarifying the army recruitment criteria under Agnipath Scheme, Chief of Staff Eastern Command LG KK Repswal said, there will be no changes in physical and education standards for army recruitment. "No compromise will be made as after four years, you'll have trained, disciplined manpower". However, under the "Agnipath Scheme" cadres will serve the Indian Army for four-years and will make exit after that, paving way for new youths.
