IMD Predicts Rainfall & Cold Waves In Northeastern, North Indian Region
The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted rainfall and cold waves on February 10 &11 in northeastern region and Delhi. For the next two-days, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab, Delhi, West Bengal, Sikkim, Bihar and Jharkhand will witness strong wind with 25 kmph-35 kmph speed, moderate to light rainfall in isolated pockets of the region. In addition, between February 13 to 15, Kerala similar conditions.

IMD Predicts Cold Conditions In Punjab, Haryana For Next 48 Hrs
On January 16, the IMD issues cold wave and severe low temperature conditions in isolated regions of Indian states. Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Chandigarh will witness cold waves due to western disturbance, affecting Western Himalayas between January 18 to January 21. In addition, the IMD also alerted for dense to very dense fog in isolated regions of Rajasthan, East Uttar Pradesh and other regions.
