R-Day Violence: Deep Sidhu Taken To Red Fort For Recreating Scene

Accused of contributing to Red Fort mayhem, actor/activist Deep Sidhu and Iqbal Singh were taken to the violence site to recreate the scene on February 13. Reportedly, Delhi Police's Crime Branch tracked the route taken by the culprits, their activities and the events unfolded at Red Fort on Republic Day. Out of several accused, Sidhu and Iqbal, who were carrying a cash reward for their arrest, were nabbed this week.

Three Masked Men Rob Bank in Rajasthan, Flee With Rs 1.5 Cr

Three masked men on September 17 robbed an Axis bank branch in Rajasthan’s Hanumangarh district by holding the employees hostage. Reportedly, the men carried weapons and fled with around Rs 1.5 crore cash after locking the employees inside the bank. According to police, exit routes to Punjab and Haryana have been blocked; CCTV footage is being scanned. “Search operation has been launch to nab the accused,” DSP Dinesh Rajora said.
