France Ready To Sell More Rafale Jets If India Needs, Says Florence Parly

Defence Minister of France, Florence Parly, on December 17, said that if India demands more Rafale jets, "we're ready to supply more". She further stated that the 36 aircrafts will be delivered on time. ''I'm very happy that the Indian Air Force is satisfied with Rafale,'' said Parly. Reportedly, India signed a deal to purchase 36 Rafales jets in 2016 for a price of Rs 59,000 crore.

Remaining Six Rafale Jets To Arrive In India By April 2022

India will receive the remaining six Rafale fighter jets in April 2022, said Emmanuel Lenain, French Ambassador. "As per the contract, it'll be done on time. COVID hasn't disrupted anything even if factories and many companies were closed for a few weeks," added Lenain. So far 30 rafale jets have arrived in India, with which the Air Force will begin upgrading its fleet from January 2022.

6 Rafale Jets With Enhanced Facility To Arrive At India's Ambala Airbase Soon

About six Rafale jets will arrive in India in December 2021 - January 2022. The fighter jets from France's Istres Le Tube airbase will land in Ambala air base in the next 2 months. The fighter jets are inducted in Indian Air Force, to enhance the security against other counties. Notably, India has inducted 30 Rafale jets, and this is the last batch flying from France to India.

France Beat Kazakhstan By 8-0; Qualifies For FIFA WC 2022

France qualified for FIFA World Cup on November 14 by beating Kazakhstan, which will take place next year in Qatar. Kylian Mbappe  played a major role in the qualification as he scored four goals, taking the total to 8-0 in the Group D WC qualifier. World Record: French Guy Breaks His Own Record By Standing On Hot-Air Balloon

Remi Ouvrad broke his own world record which he set in 2019. Ouvrard boarded a giant balloon at an altitude of 4,016 meters over Chatellerault in western France. He stood on top of the hot-air balloon, not just for fame, but for a noble cause.
