The Institute has been constructed worth Rs 530 crore, under the PM Modi's vision of better healthcare facility for cancer patients. The 460 bedded centre has cutting edge infrastructure with all modern and equipped facilities for treatment. PM. Modi will inaugurate the CNCI through a video conferencing. 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on December 11 inaugurated the Saryu Canal National Project in Uttar Pradesh's Balrampur. The project will reportedly provide water for irrigation to over 14 lakh hectares of land, helping about 29 lakh farmers. However, the cost involved in the project is Rs 10,000 crores. Following the inauguration, PM Modi has invited everyone to join a big event on natural farming through TV on December 16. 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 16 inaugurated the 341 kilometre-long Purvanchal Expressway at Karwal Kheri in Uttar Pradesh's Sultanpur. He arrived at the venue in a c-130 Hercules plane which landed at the 3.2 km long airstrip built on the expressway. During the ceremony, UP CM Yogi Adityanath, Governor Anandiben Patel was also present. The 6-lane expressway starts from Lucknow's Chaudsarai village and ends on NH 31.
