The BJP President of the Telangana unit Bandi Sanjay Kumar walked out of Karimnagar Jail. Notably, Kumar was arrested in the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) paper leak matter with remand of two weeks. Telangana MA&UD Minister KT Rama Rao suggested the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority to explore the options for development of the Ibrahimpatnam Lake, as tourist spot. The suggestion on October 14, was made after a Twitter user requested the minister to lookinto ways and make Ibrahimpatnam Lake as a weekend getaway spot. Telangana IT and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao demanded a grant of Rs 19,000 crore from the Modi-led Central Government, for state's Mission Bhagirathi. On September 29, KTR took to Twitter and expressed happiness, after Telangana Rashtra Samithi's Mission Bhagirathi, which provides free drinking water to rural India, won NITI Aayog's national award for their mission.
