Youth Performs Stunt With 2 Girls On Bike, Arrested
The Mumbai police arrested a 24-year-old man after his video of performing a dangerous stunt on a motorcycle with two girls went viral on social media. The accused has cases registered against him at Antop Hill and Wadala TT police stations, he said. The official further said, "The incident had occurred in the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) area of the city." A case has been registered and investigation underway.

Mumbai Police Restricts Fans To Gather Near Salman Khan's Residence
After the recent death threat given to Salman Khan, the Mumbai police beefed up security outside his residence. Furthermore, the police also imposed restrictions for fans of the actor, asking them not to gather outside his house in Mumbai. Conman Sukesh Breaks Down After Raid In Cell
Conman Sukesh broke down in front of police in Mumbai Jail, after a raid in his cell, on February 23. In the CCTV, Sukesh who was alleged in a money extortion case was weeping. Two Gold Teeth Helps Police To Arrest Criminal Missing For 15 Years
Mumbai Police arrested 38-year-old Pravin Ashubha Jadeja, missing for 15 years, with two gold-plated teeth in his mouth posing as a LIC agent. He is a wanted criminal, who duped a shop owner of Rs 40,000 in 2007, when he worked as a salesman. Notably, after committing the fraud Ashubha changed his identity and shifted to Kutch in Gujarat. He has been charged with cheating and misleading the police.

The Kashimira police have arrested a student for assaulting and raping his former companion, who left him after he refused to marry her due to their different faiths. As per report, 22-year-old Imtiyaz Chaudhary threatened to circulate private photographs and videos of the victim forcing the victim to meet at Mira Road. The accused tortured her, raped her and assaulted her in a private room of a lodge.

Wearing Seat Belt Mandatory For Passengers ; In Effect From Nov 1
In Maharashtra, a strict rule of wearing seatbelts mandatorily for all passengers travelling in a vehicle. The new rule under the Motor Vehicle Act will be in effect from November 1, confirmed Mumbai Police. "As per the Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, 2019, under section 194(b) (1) Whoever drives a motor vehicle without wearing a safety belt or carries passengers not wearing seat belts shall be punishable." the issued notice read.

Mumbai Man Shares Pizza With Glass Pieces, Domino's Order Probe
Arun Kolluri, a Mumbaikar, tweeted a photo of Domino's Pizza with glass shards on it, questioning the quality of the food, which could have been dangerous to his life. After the incident, on October 10, the Mumbai Domino's ordered a probe into the incident and confirmed to take action. Meanwhile, the Mumbai police, with whom the man registered a complaint, asked to seek help from customer-support, before seeking legal action.

Ranveer Singh Records Statement With Mumbai Police In Nude Photoshoot Case
Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh appeared before the Mumbai Police and recorded his statement in regard of the nude photoshoot case registered against him. In his statement on September 14, Singh said, one of his photo was "morphed". "someone has tampered with and morphed" one of the photos from the photoshoot wherein his private parts were allegedly visible," said the actor. The photos has been sent to forensics for investigation.

Telugu Actress Raped, Assaulted By Fitness Trainer, Arrested In Mumbai
A Telugu actress accused a fitness trainer from Mumbai for raping and threatening her. In a complaint filed with the Mumbai police, the victim said, between 2021-2022, the accused, Aditya Ajay Kapoor, allegedly raped her in the pretext of marrying her. When she asked about the wedding, Aditya assaulted the victim and even threatened to leak her private pictures and kill her. Aditya has been arrested and investigation is underway.
