One Nation, One Election, Need Of Hour Says BJP Govt
The big One Nation, One Election move has disturbed the political dimension in India. If implemented, the Central Government's move of uniting India with single election will have a huge favour on the Election Commission of India, as there would be elections across the India, Assembly and Lok Sabha together. However, the opposition is raising questions and is against the implementation, calling it unconstitutional.

Central Govt Moves With One Nation, One Election Proposal
The Central Government has decided to take a big step forward on the 'one nation, one election' proposal. The BJP-led Central Government has set up a committee to study the issue and submit a report. The panel will be headed by former President Ram Nath Kovind. Notably, the move comes a day after the Centre had announced a special session of the Parliament from September 18 to 22.
