McGregor wrote, "Looking to start the foundations of a good fight you guys, who's in? McGregor Vs ...?" As of now, fighters like Michael Chandler, Kevin Lee, Rafael Dos Anjos and Michael Johnson have checked in their name for UFC 264.

Front Kick To Nose: McGregor Predicts Knocking Out Poirier In Round Four
Former two-division UFC champion Conor McGregor has predicted to knock out opponent Dustin Poirier in round four of their trilogy bout at UFC 264 on July 10. Sharing his picture on Instagram, the 'Mystic Mac' wrote that victory will come via a front kick to the nose. The competition currently stays tied at 1-1 after Poirier defeated McGregor in round two of their second fight at UFC 257 in January.

Dustin Poirier Signs Trilogy Contract Against McGregor For UFC 264
Lightweight contender Dustin Poirier has reportedly signed the contract for a trilogy bout with two-division champion 'The Notorious' Conor McGregor at UFC 264 on July 10. But the deal is only halfway done as McGregor is yet to ink the contract and the UFC's official announcement is also awaited. Create 'McGregor Belt': Conor McGregor Proposes Belt In His Name
Former two-division champion Conor McGregor, tweeting on March 31, demanded a 'McGregor belt' for his next fight against Dustin Poirier, possibly at UFC 264 on July 10. Putting up #TheMcGregorBelt, he tagged the UFC and suggested to create a rose or yellow gold belt studded with rubies and emerald. The MMA champ also shared a clip of a press conference from March 2016’s UFC 196, where he first brought the idea.

Nate Diaz Set To Return On May 15, To Face Leon Edwards At UFC 262
Confirming his long-awaited return, Welterweight contender Nate Diaz will finally be squaring off against Leon Edwards in first-ever five-round co-main event at UFC 262 on May 15. The Stockton brawler will share the card with highly anticipated vacant lightweight title fight between Michael Chandler and Charles Oliveira. Diaz is back to the UFC after nearly 16 months as his last fight was against Jorge Masvidal in November 2019.

Jon Jones Tweets Demanding His UFC Release Over Less Pay, Deletes Later
Amid ongoing spat over UFC pay-scale, former Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones has demanded his release from the UFC via Twitter on March 29. Jones released a thread of now-deleted tweets, which read "Please just cut me already" and "UFC industry has been nothing but depressing for me" among others. The latest development is a continuation of already existing discord between Jones and UFC President Dana White.

Francis Ngannou Claims UFC Heavyweight Championship At UFC 260
Fulfilling his shot at redemption, Francis "The Predator" Ngannou knocked out Stipe Miocic to become the World Heavyweight Champion at UFC 260 on March 28. Interestingly, Ngannou's victory came in the second round after he landed a short-but-strong jab on Miocic's chin after unloading on him with heavy shots in round one. With owning the belt, Ngannou avenged his loss to Miocic when they first met in January 2018.

MMA Legend Meisha Tate Announces Return From Retirement
Former UFC Bantamweight Champion Meisha Tate, on March 24, announced her comeback as she claimed, "the fire has been lit". Reportedly, Tate will face Marion Reneau at UFC Fight Night on July 17. However, the company is yet to make it official. Considered as one of the pioneers of women's participation in MMA, 32-year-old Tate retired from the sport in 2016. Meanwhile, Reneau has hinted at her retirement after the forthcoming bout.
