Releasing the COVID-19 guidelines, the Jammu and Kashmir government on January 31 decided to allow 25,000 devotees to visit the Vaishno Devi Shrine each day. Inching towards normalcy, the Goa Government on October 28 announced that the Casinos in the state can restart operations from November 1. The government has directed the casinos to follow the Standard Operating Procedures and has limited the occupancy to 50%.
