Uttarakhand Police To Soon Arrest YouTuber Bobby Kataria
The Uttarakhand police will soon arrest YouTuber Bobby Kataria for alleged drinking and threatening the police. He also sat on a chair and stopped the traffic in the middle of the road in the capital city of Dehradun. Notably, the police have obtained a non-bailable warrant against the accused from the district court. Further details on the matter are awaited.

Uttarakhand Creates History After 62.5% Population Turn-Out For Voting
Post Assembly elections on February 14, the Uttarakhand CM & BJP leader Pushkar Singh Dhami said that people have created history by voting in such large numbers. "I hope that the new government will work for a golden future of Uttarakhand," Dhami said to ANI. Reportedly, almost 62.5% people have voted in the assembly polls 2022. Moreover, the counting will take place on March 10.

U'khand CM Tirath Says Kumbh Mela Should Not Be Equated With Markaz
Laying out another controversial statement, Uttarakhand CM Tirath Singh Rawat has now said that Haridwar Kumbh should not be compared with Nizamuddin Markaz congregation. When asked about second COVID-19 wave, Rawat said Kumbh is organized in open spaces while Markaz attendees were unaware of coronavirus. Besides, he also said that those attending Kumbh are "our own people" while the Markaz hosted people even from foreign land.
