India reported 10,273 new COVID-19 cases, on February 27. The Union Health Ministry has confirmed 20,439 recoveries and 243 deaths in the last 24 hours. With this India's total caseload is at 4,22,90,921 and death cases to 5,13,724. While the active caseload stands at 1,11,472. Furthermore, the current recovery rate in the country stands at 98.54%. Moreover, as of now, India has administered 177.44 crore vaccine doses to people.

Kerala High Court (HC,) on February 5, dismiss a petition, seeking removal of PM Narendra Modi's image from CoWIN certification. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, on January 31, confirmed 2,09,918 new COVID-19 cases in India. Besides, 2,62,628 recoveries, and 959 deaths were also reported in 24 hours. While the active caseload in India is at 18,31,268. Notably, the current recovery rate in the country stands at 94.37% and the daily positivity rate at 15.77%. Moreover, as of now, India has administered 166.03 crore vaccine doses to people. 

As per the data released by the government on January 27, Maharashtra has vaccinated 14,60,85,843 people, with 4,79,13,433 individuals aged 18-44 years recieved COVID-19 first dose, while 3,23,85,264 received second dose so far. The state on January 23 vaccinated 42,035 in 3,059 sessions. Meanwhile, 1,31,94,815 people aged above 60 years received first dose, and 1,00,01,903 received their second dose.
