Ajit Pawar's NCP X Handle Suspended For Flouting Rules
The X (formerly Twitter) handle of the breakaway Nationalist Congress Party led by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar and others has been suspended for over a fortnight, party leaders alleged here. A notification is shown on X that the @ncpspeaks1 account has been suspended for violating its rules, though details are not mentioned.sources in the Ajit Pawar-led NCP claimed that the X account is likely to be restored.

Relief To Ex Air India Pilot Arvind, Delhi HC Quashes FIR Against Him
The Delhi High Court has quashed an FIR against former Air India pilot Arvind Kathpalia for the alleged offences of violating aircraft rules, including evading a breath analyser test, and forgery, saying the allegations against him are wholly insufficient to make out a case against him. The high court said the petitioner, now retired, cannot be subjected to "double jeopardy, giving a relief to the pilot.

Shubhman Gill Fined For Questioning Umpire's Decision
Indian skipper Shubhman Gill has been fined with a hefty penalty for questioning the umpire's decision in the World Test Championship (WTC) Finals against Australia. The Cricket Council fined Gill with 115% of his fees, of which 100% is fine penalised for the Indian team for slow over rate, and 15% for questioning the umpire. As per the Indian Cricket Council, Gill was found guilty for violating Article 2.7

Air Asia Fined Rs 20 Lakh For Pilot Training Violations
The Director General of Civil Aviation (DCGA) imposed a hefty fine of Rs 20 lakhs on Air Asia, owned by Tata Groups, on February 11. AirAsia India was fined for breaking some rules pertaining to pilot training. In addition, DCGA also ordered three-month suspension of the airline's head of training. Notably, On January 23, AirAsia India allegedly violated aviation norms with respect to pilot proficiency checks and instrument rating tests.

Telangana Police Reacts To Viral Tweet, Says Police Paid Rs 28 Lakh Traffic Fines
After a viral tweet, mentioned that Telangana DGP has pending traffic violation fines of Rs. 7,000, since 2018, whereas the traffic police ask citizens to pay fines and imposed strict traffic rules. Reacting to the Twitter user, the Joint Commissioner of Telangana Police said, the state police officials paid a fine of Rs 28 lakhs, and cleared over 11,000 challans, pending since 2018.
