Boys Playing Video Games Are Less Prone To Depression: Study
A recent study by University College London has revealed that boys who regularly play video games have 24% lower risk of depression. It also said excessive social media usage by girls have a negative impact on their mental health, leading to more depressive symptoms. While increased screen engagement affected girls and boys differently, its effect on young minds was not found negative. The study did not find any causal relationship between internet use and depression.
