Change in Lifestyle Helps Older Adults to Maintain Cognition: Study
Results from a new health study have suggested that change in lifestyle can assist older adults to retain cognitive skills. The study, published in the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society, was conducted on 119 senior citizens who suffered cognitive decline. The study found out that a mix of healthy diet, physical activities, exercises, physiologist sessions and cognitive engagement helps senior citizens to maintain higher cognition level.
