Karnataka ACB Investigates 21 Government Employees For Excessive Assets Charges
The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) of Karnataka on June 17 investigated the offices and residences of 21 officials accused of accumulating assets disproportionate to their known sources of revenue. The searches involved almost 300 police and workers, and valuables and cash, as well as investment paperwork, were discovered. Engineers from the Irrigation Department, Public Works Department, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj are among the personnel raided.
