MHA Team Visits Flood Affected Region Of Assam, Take Stock Of Damage

The MHA central team reached flood-affected Assam's Guwahati region to take the stock of the situation, on May 26. Two Inter-Ministerial-Central Team (IMCT) comprising Ravinesh Kumar, Anjali Maurya, Adelbert Sungi, P Vijay Bhaskar Reddy and others will be visiting Assam's flood-hit-areas in the next two-days. Furthermore, approximately 5.61 lakh people are said to be affected in 12 districts of Assam, and the death toll increased to 30, till May 27.
