ICC Officials Visit Pakistan To Talk About 2023 ICC World Cup
The International Cricket Council (ICC) chairman Greg Barclay and CEO Geoff Allardice have come to Lahore to convince Pakistan not to push for a hybrid model in the upcoming 2023 World Cup. According to news agency PTI, the ICC has particularly come to Pakistan to have assurances from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) regarding their World Cup participation in India in October-November.

UGC NET Admit Card For 2023 Releases, Download
The University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC) NET December 2022 admit card has been released by the National Testing Agency (NTA). All the candidates can download the UGC NET Admit Card 2023 December from the official website -- ugcnet.nta.nic.in by using their application number and date of birth. UGC NET December 2022 Phase-III will be held between March 3 and March 6, 2023.

GST Council Mandates E-Invoice For Firms With Over Rs 5 Crore Turnover
After exempting e-commerce businesses with low turnovers from GST registration, the GST council has made e-invoicing mandatory for firms with a turnover above Rs 5 crore. India is soon going to surpass China, the most populated nation in the world, by 2023. As per the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, Population Division report released on July 11, the global population is projected to reach eight billion on November 15, 2022. Foreign Secretary Shringla Likely To Be India's G20 Chief Coordinator
Foreign secretary Harsh V Shringla, on April 9, was appointed as India's chief G20 coordinator and is more likely to take charge in May. It is to be noted that the G20 Summit will be the biggest multilateral event hosted by India, encompassing all P5, such as US-Russia-China-UK-France delegations. Approximately 10,000 international delegates are expected to attend the 2023 Summit, which would need monumental coordination efforts.

India’s First Underwater Metro Tunnel To Be Operational By 2023: Kolkata
The construction of India’s first underwater tunnel in Kolkata under the Hooghly River for the establishment of metro links between Howrah and Kolkata is underway and will be made fully functional by 2023. "Important Passage work has also been done keeping in mind that if a technical problem arises inside the water tunnel area, passengers can be taken out through the special passage," stated an official.

Mumbai To Host International Olympic Committee Session 2023
India will host the International Olympic Committee's (IOC) session 2023 in Mumbai. This will be the second time India hosts an IOC session over 1983 in New Delhi. However, Mumbai has received 99% of the recommendation votes of the delegates participating in the process. As per reports, the session will be hosted at the Jio World Convention Centre (JWC) in Bandra Kurla Complex.
