Chris Morris Becomes Most Expensive Buy In IPL History; Sold To RR
South African allrounder Chris Morris became the most expensive purchase in the IPL by clocking a price tag of a whopping Rs 16.25 crore. He will be playing for Rajasthan Royals in the 2021 edition. The protea broke the previous record of Yuvraj Singh, who was sold at Rs 16 crore in 2015. Interestingly, with a base price of Rs 75 lakh, Morris attracted a fierce bidding battle among other teams.

Chris Morris, Hardik Pandya Reprimanded For Violating IPL Code Of Conduct
Royal Challengers Bangalore's Chris Morris and Mumbai Indians' Hardik Pandya have been reprimanded for breaching the IPL Code of Conduct during their match on October 28 in Abu Dhabi. Reportedly, the players got into a verbal altercation during the 19th over of MI’s chase against RCB. Officials said that Morris had admitted Level 1 offence 2.5 whereas Pandya admitted Level 1 offence 2.20 of the event's Code of Conduct.
