Raju Srivastava's Last Rites Held On Sep 22 In Delhi
Indian veteran comic Raju Srivastava, who passed away on September 21, had a funeral ceremony on September 22. According to reports, Raju Srivastava's mortal remains was cremated in Delhi. The funeral took place at 9:30 am in the presence of his wife Shikha and children Ayushmaan and Antara. Notably, after days of treatment and being on a ventilator at AIIMS Delhi, the comedian passed away.

AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan's Remand Extended For Next 5 Days
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Amanatullah Khan was remanded in police custody for five more days by a court in the Delhi Waqf Board case. Neeraj Bawania Gang Member Arrested In Delhi; 2 Bullet Proof Cars, Arms Recovered
Delhi police arrested one member of the Neeraj Bawania gang, and seized two bulletproof cars and arms from his possession, on September 16. Delhi Excise Policy Case: ED Conducts Raids At Multiple Locations
In the case of Delhi excise policy, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted raids at multiple locations in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai. Delhi HC Grants Extension Of Interim Protection To SpiceJet MD Ajay Singh
Promoter and Managing Director of SpiceJet Ajay Singh, has been granted extension of interim protection by Delhi High Court, in an alleged cheating case. This has come after the counsel representing the state seemed for more time to verify the contents of the additional affidavit filed by the petitioner. The court had also ordered that until the matter is decided, no coercive action shall be taken against Singh.

SC To Hear 220 PILs Against CAA On September 12
The Supreme Court (SC) is scheduled to review over 200 public interest litigations (PILs) filed against the Citizenship Amendment Act, on September 12. The Apex Court bench led by CJI UU Lalit will hear the plea, seeking abolition of CAA, which grant citizenship to minorities from Islamic countries, living like refugees in India. The Central Government proposed CAA on January 10, 2020. However, people are protesting against the act.
