Kolkata Metro Cancels Mandatory E-passes To Travel From January 18

The Kolkata Metro Authorities announced that from January 18 passengers would not require e-passes to commute. Himachal Pradesh Inter-state Transport Permitted Without E-Pass; Tourists Entry with COVID Negative Report

The government of Himachal Pradesh has permitted the entry of vehicles into the state without the e-Pass or any specific permission. Unlock 4.0: No Need to Obtain E-pass for Travelling in Personal Vehicle

Pune: E-passes on Hold; Inter-district Travel Allowed Only for Emergency

Pune district authorities have put e-pass requests on hold for those who wish to travel to 8 districts including Satara, Sangli and Kolhapur among others. However, this decision will not cover the medical emergencies. Deputy Commissioner of Police Bachchan Singh said, "Only in the case of death or severe medical emergencies are the passes being given consent." This implies travellers with personal and business reasons will be in a fix.
