Exercising Reduces COVID-induced Diabetes & Depression, Claims Study

Regularly exercising can primarily reduce the effects of long COVID-induced Diabetes & Depression, revealed a study. Exercises can be used to "break the chain reaction of inflammation that leads to high blood sugar levels, and then to the development or progression of type 2 diabetes,'' stated a researcher. Notably, around 1 million people in Los Angeles suffer from COVID-induced illnesses.

Kerala Teen Dies After Falling From 10th Floor While Exercising

Irine Joy, a resident of Santhi Thotekat Estate in Chittoor road near Kerala’s Ernakulam South fell from the 10 floor’s balcony while exercising along with her brother on August 5 at 9 AM. The 18-year-old girl fell on the ground through the car's rooftop. However, she could not survive. A case of unnatural death has been registered by the Ernakulam South police.
