New Study Reveals Wearing Masks During Exercise Is Safe
Use of face masks at indoor gyms and during the workout limits the chances of COVID-19 contraction, as suggested by a European Respiratory Journal's study. The study sampled 12 people who were asked to get on the exercise bike with and without a mask. During the test, researchers conducted a detailed assessment of breathing, heart activity, and exercise performance of the people. The result indicated no health-related risk of using mask during exercise.
