Air Pollution Negates Benefits Of Exercise, Claims Study
As per research, air pollution brings down the benefits of exercise and affects brain health. In addition, the study involved British people claimed that those who exercise in areas with even moderate levels of air pollution witness the least brain improvements. Notably, people who worked out in polluted environments had large amounts of gray matter and a low amount of white matter, leading to reduction in benefits of exercise.
