HRD Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal revealed that around 60% of the faculty members position at the Indian Institute of Management are reserved for the backward Classes. Gujarat Education Department on October 7 issued a Government Resolution (GR) granting a 25% relief in fees of private schools, and removing other charges for co-curricular activities. Gujarat's Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama announced that to avail the 25% relief, parents will have to pay 50% of the fees by October 31.
