KTR Issues Legal Notice To Bandi Sanjay Kumar, A Revanth Reddy
KT Rama Rao, the working president of the BRS, issued a legal notice to Telangana BJP President Bandi Sanjay Kumar and Telangana Congress President Revanth Reddy. SC Calls Bilkis Bano Gang Rape, Horrendous Crime, Adjourns Hearing
The Supreme Court reviewed the plea challenging the pre-release of 11 convicts in the Bilkis Bano Gang Rape case. Duribg the court hearing, the SC bench led by Justice Joseph called the crime of murder and rape as horrendous and issued a notice, seeking the details about the trail proceedings and sentence, each convict served in Jail. With this, the Apex Court adjourned the matter to April 18.

Ritika Handoo, a Delhi-based journalist has issued a legal notice to the Air India management on July 5 for the recent leak of personal information of 4.5 million passengers. She and her husband along with all other national passengers of Air India across the world is the victim of the “sophisticated cyber-attack” on their passenger service system provider SITA. Dalit Woman Dies In Police Custody; SHRC Requests Investigation
National Commission for Scheduled Castes has issued a notice to the Telangana government for the death of a Dalit woman, Mariyamma in police custody, due to alleged torture. The notice came after the Telangana State Human Rights Commission got to know about the woman’s death on June 23.
