India COVID-19 Cases Dip To 19,067, Positivity Rate Is At 0.04%

In India, the COVID-19 cases increased again on May 12 with 2,827 new infections. The MoHFW also confirmed 24 fatalities, with a dip in the active cases to 19,067.  As per the ministry, the active cases comprise 0.04%, whereas the recovery rate is 98.74%. In addition, the number of people who have recuperated from the disease is 4,25,70,165, with 1.22%.  In addition, 190.83 crore doses have been administered.

India Registers 2,288 New COVID Cases, Active Cases Dip To 19,637

India registered 2,288 new COVID-19 cases, which was reduced compared to the cases registered on May 10. Furthermore, the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare confirmed 3,044 recovered cases and 10 death cases in India. With the drop in the COVID-19 cases, the active cases stand at 19,637 with a 0.47% daily positivity rate. Besides, the MoHFW reported that approximately 190.50 crore vaccine doses of COVID-19 have been administered.
