No Relief To Aryan Khan; Mumbai Court Rejects His Bail Plea

In the latest development, a Mumbai court rejected the bail plea of Aryan Khan, and two co-accused in connection with the cruise drug case on October 20. Aryan's legal team has now decided to move to Mumbai High Court. Reportedly, NCB official Sameer Wankhede said ''Satyameva Jayate'' after the court's verdict. Notably, Aryan, who is in judicial custody, was arrested in the case by NCB on October 2.

Pornography Case: Mumbai Court Grants Bail To Businessman Raj Kundra

The Mumbai court has granted bail to Businessman Raj Kundra and his co-worker Ryan Thorpe on September 20, under the pornography case. As per reports, Kundra made a bail plea on September 18 claiming that he was falsely implicated in the case, and he was being made a scapegoat despite not being at fault. However, Kundra & Thorpe were granted bail on a surety amount of Rs 50,000.

Condom At Crime Scene Doesn't Prove Consensual Sex: Mumbai Court

Hearing a bail petition, a session court in Mumbai said if a condom was found at the crime scene, it didn't mean a woman granted consent for sex. The petition was filed by a naval staffer, accused of gaging and raping his colleague's wife in April 2021. While the accused claimed that he didn't force the woman anyhow. However, the court granted him bail as the charge sheet was submitted.

Forced Sex With Wife Cannot Be Termed 'Illegal': Mumbai Court

A Mumbai session court has granted anticipatory bail to a man and his family members who were accused of forcible sexual intercourse. The woman accused the husband of having sex against her wish which caused temporary lower waist paralysis. However, "being the husband cannot be said that he committed any illegal thing," session court judge Sanjashree J Gharat said. The women have also filed complaints about dowry demand.

FIR Filed Against Kangana Ranaut For Copyright Infringement

An FIR on copyright violation has been lodged against Kangana Ranaut upon a directive from Mumbai local court. Reportedly, Kangana did not take consent or acquired rights from author Ashish Kaul to convert his story into 'Manikarnika Returns: The Legend Of Didda' film.
