Illegal Encroachments At Noida's Grand Omaxe Society Demolished
The Noida authority has bulldozed over 100 illegal encroachments at Noida Sector 93 B's Grand Omaxe society. The action was initiated after the residents of the society filed a police complaint against former BJP member Shrikant Tyagi's wife Anu Tyagi, who insisted to plant palm trees, violating the rules and regulation of society. The matter escalated with the arrest of Tyagi in abusing women case.

UP Court Rejects Bail Plea Of Politician Shrikant Tyagi
A court in Uttar Pradesh's Gautam Buddh Nagar rejected the bail application of politician and suspended BJP worker Shrikant Tyagi, on September 2. The bail plea was rejected by Special Judge (Gangsters Act) Ranvijay Pratap Singh in the District and Sessions Court. Notably, Tyagi was arrested for abusing a woman at Omaxe Grand Complex. The arrest was based on a viral video of him assaulting and abusing the Noida woman.

Tyagi Community Holds Mahapanchayat In Support Of Shrikant Tyagi
In support of BJP-worker Shrikant Tyagi, the Tyagi community meets for mahapanchayat on August 21 in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, after the arrest of the leader. In regard to this, the UP police deployed a heavy force, as the mahapanchayat, organised by the Tyagis, a dominant community in Western UP is in solidarity to Shrikant Tyagi, who is under judicial custody after being accused of abusing a woman in Noida.

BJP Worker Shrikant Tyagi's Bail Plea Rejected: Uttar Pradesh
A local Uttar Pradesh court rejected the bail application of a BJP worker Shrikant Tyagi in a cheating case and assaulting a woman at the Grand Omaxe Colony, in Noida. The case against Tyagi has been registered in Uttar Pradesh's Gautam Buddh Nagar district. Moreover, the court granted bail to two of Tyagi's aides who were accused of harbouring him during the period he went absconding from Noida.

Uttar Pradesh Police detained Shrikant Tyagi for reportedly insulting and beating a lady in Noida. Tyagi stated on August 9, "I express my regret on the incident. She is like my sister, the incident is political and was done to politically decimate me."
