China To Send Special Envoy To Ukraine From May 15
China will send a special envoy to Ukraine, Russia and other European nations from Monday to discuss a “political settlement” to the war in Ukraine. Notably, the special convoys sending decision was taken by the Chinese Government to discuss a political statement. From May 15, Ambassador Li Hui, a special representative of the Chinese government for Eurasian Affairs, will visit Ukraine, Poland, France, Germany and Russia, said China.

Wife Of Captured Putin Ally Begs Zelensky For Husband's Release

Over 400 Firms Stop Business Activities In Russia Over US Sanctions
As a result of US Sanctions on Russia, around 400 firms have decided to curtail their business activities in the country. Founder of Exterro, Bobby Balachandran, expressed his grief towards the people of Ukraine. To date, several Ukrainians have fled the country as war hits the second month. Describing the situation in Ukraine as "very sad", Balachandran said, "our heart goes to people who are impacted by the conflict."

Ex Ukraine Parliament Member's Wife Caught With $28 Million Cash In Hungary
The wife of a former Ukrainian member of Parliament was caught by Hungarian authorities with USD 28 million and 1.3 million euros worth of cash, while fleeing the country due to the ongoing war situation. Belarussian media outlet NEXTA shared images of it on Twitter with six suitcases full of cash. Many wondered whether the money is stashed for making donations to war-affected people or for personal gains.

We Will Not Allow China To Help Russia Evade Global Sanctions: Jake Sullivan
According to a US official, Russia has seemed military aid from China while invading Ukraine. The conclusion has put China in a tough spot already, due to two major trading relations with US and European Union. “We will not allow that to go forward,” said White House advisor Jake Sullivan. However, he warned China to avoid helping Russia from the global sanctions, further, which has hammered the Russian economy.

Sensex & Nifty Fall Below 1% As Russian Troops Close In On Ukraine's Kyiv
