CM Mamata Banerjee Set To Visit Delhi Ahead Of Winter Session

West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee is set to arrive in Delhi on her four-day visit, starting from November 22. Her visit will take place a few days before the parliamentary winter session, which is scheduled to begin on November 29. Earlier in July, she also made a visit to the capital. Meanwhile, she had met PM Narendra Modi, Sonia Gandhi, and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

President Kovind To Arrive At Kanpur On 2-day Visit

President Ram Nath Kovind is set to arrive at Kanpur on his two-day visit starting from November 24. On the first day of the visit, Mr. Kovind is scheduled to attend programmes at Chaudhary Harmohan Singh Para Medical Institute. Reportedly, he will also visit Circuit House on the same day. The president will also attend the centenary year celebration at HBTU on the next day before his return to Delhi.

Army Chief Embarks On 5-Day Visit To Israel To Boost Defence Ties

The Ministry of Defence on November 14 said Chief of Army Staff General MM Naravane flew to Israel on his five-day visit to the country. During the visit, the Army Chief will meet several senior military officials of Israel to strengthen Indo-Israel defence relations. Before his return to India, Mr. Naravane will also visit the headquarters of the Ground Forces element of the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF).

Amit Shah To Visit Varanasi To Review UP Election Strategy

Ahead of the 2022 Uttar Pradesh assembly election, Home Minister Amit Shah is set to visit Varanasi on November 12. During his two-day visit, Shah will hold meetings to discuss the election strategy. He'll discuss the strategy with the office bearers of 98 districts, in-charges of all 403 Vidhan Sabhas, and regional presidents. Army Chief Reviews Security Preparedness In J&K's Poonch & Rajouri

Amid the counter-infiltration operations in Jammu and Kashmir, Army Chief General M M Naravane reviewed the security preparedness in Rajouri and Poonch districts in the state on October 19. The Army chief arrived on a two-day visit in Jammu on the afternoon of October 18. Army Chief MM Naravane Embarks On Two-days Visit To Ladakh

Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defence, on October 1, stated that Army Chief General MM Naravane embarked on a two-day visit to Ladakh. During his visit, Naravane will review the operational preparedness and security situation in the region. Tweeting about the development, the Indian Army said he would also interact with troops who had been providing their service ''in the harshest terrain and weather conditions''.
