Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko gifted Russian President Vladimir Putin a tractor for his 70th birthday. This came when all the leaders of the ex-Soviet nations met at the Czarist-era Konstantin Palace in St Petersburg. Notably, tractors have been the pride of Belarusian industries since soviet times.
