Judge Directs Twitter To Turn Over Elon Musk's Former Executive Papers
A court order dated August 15 requires Twitter must provide records from a former Twitter executive who Musk claims were a major player in determining number of false accounts on Twitter. Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick ordered Twitter to gather, examine, and submit records from former General Manager of Consumer Product Kayvon Beykpour. In her ruling, McCormick denied Musk's request for access to 21 other persons who have access to pertinent material.
