1st Quad Leaders’ Summit To Discuss On Maritime, COVID, Climate
PM Narendra Modi, US President Joe Biden, Australian PM Scott Morrison, and Japanese PM Yoshihide Suga will participate in the first-ever Quad Summit conference on March 12. The virtual event will be taking place at 7 PM with a focus on global issues including the COVID-19 threat, economic cooperation, maritime security and climate change. Formed after the 2004 Tsunami and first formalized in 2007, QUAD meetings started only in 2017 for official-level talks.
