China Registers 1st Human Infection Case With H10N3 Bird Flu Strain
Chinese health authorities on June 1 confirmed of detecting first case of H10N3 strain of bird flu in humans. The National Health Commission of China informed that the infection was found in a 41-year-old man from Jiangsu province. However, the commission has asserted that the risk of its spread on a large scale is low. Notably, no H10N3 human infection case has been reported in the world yet.
