Custom Officials At IGI Airport Detain Man With Gold Worth Rs 1 Crore
Gold weighing 2.5 kilograms and worth Rs 1 crore was seized by the Customs Department at the Indira Gandhi International Airport on November 16. Reportedly, the gold was hidden in a life jacket which was found under the seat of a SpiceJet flight from Dubai. The suspected passenger said he was asked to leave the gold on the flight. The accused has been detained for further investigation is underway.
