Drugs Recovered From Myanmar Worth Half Billion Burnt To Ashes
More than half a billion dollars worth of drugs was burned by Myanmar authorities on June 26. The idea was to warn the drug smugglers who were back in business despite COVID-19 restrictions. The activity was carried out on the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking 2021. However, the initiative took place in Yangon where various narcotics opium, heroin, methamphetamine and more were ignited.
